The form must be completed in full and all required documents must be uploaded.<br><br><strong>The process includes:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Online submission(<a href=\"https:\/\/halukakakcevakfi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Haluk_Akakce_Foundation_Submission_Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Download Form<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary review<\/li>\n<li>Archival research<\/li>\n<li>Notification of result<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<br>\n<p>Submission does not guarantee authentication. All evaluations are conducted according to archival and scholarly criteria.<br><br>The Archival Review Fee covers research and administrative costs and is non-refundable. Payment instructions will be provided after submission.<br><br><strong>Artwork Authentication &#038; Archival Review<br><\/strong><br>The Haluk Akak\u00e7e Foundation accepts submissions for archival review and authentication of artworks attributed to Haluk Akak\u00e7e.<br><br>All submissions are evaluated in accordance with the Foundation\u2019s Authentication &#038; Archival Policy.<br><br>The review process may consist of two phases:<br><strong>1. Preliminary Digital Review\u2028<br><\/strong>Assessment of submitted images and documentation<br><strong>2. Full Archival Review (if required)<br><\/strong>May include physical examination, technical evaluation, and provenance research.<br><br>A non-refundable <strong>Archival Review Fee<\/strong> is required prior to evaluation.<br><br>For submissions originating in T\u00fcrkiye, fees begin at:\u2028<br><strong>$500 or the equivalent amount in Turkish Lira calculated according to the official exchange rate on the date of payment.<\/strong><br><br>Fees differ for private collectors, commercial galleries, and institutions.<br><br>The Foundation may, at its sole discretion, grant fee waivers for accredited museums, public institutions, and recognized non-profit organizations.<br><br>The archival review fee does not guarantee authentication and covers research and administrative costs only.<br><br><strong>For submission guidelines and inquiries:\u2028<\/strong><br>info@halukakakcevakfi.org<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Haluk Akak\u00e7e Foundation conducts authentication and archival review processes to document, preserve, and accurately archive the artist\u2019s works.
