The Haluk Akakçe Foundation conducts authentication and archival review processes to document, preserve, and accurately archive the artist’s works.
Applications are accepted exclusively through the online submission system. The form must be completed in full and all required documents must be uploaded.
The process includes:
Submission does not guarantee authentication. All evaluations are conducted according to archival and scholarly criteria.
The Archival Review Fee covers research and administrative costs and is non-refundable. Payment instructions will be provided after submission.
Artwork Authentication & Archival Review
The Haluk Akakçe Foundation accepts submissions for archival review and authentication of artworks attributed to Haluk Akakçe.
All submissions are evaluated in accordance with the Foundation’s Authentication & Archival Policy.
The review process may consist of two phases:
1. Preliminary Digital Review
Assessment of submitted images and documentation
2. Full Archival Review (if required)
May include physical examination, technical evaluation, and provenance research.
A non-refundable Archival Review Fee is required prior to evaluation.
For submissions originating in Türkiye, fees begin at:
$500 or the equivalent amount in Turkish Lira calculated according to the official exchange rate on the date of payment.
Fees differ for private collectors, commercial galleries, and institutions.
The Foundation may, at its sole discretion, grant fee waivers for accredited museums, public institutions, and recognized non-profit organizations.
The archival review fee does not guarantee authentication and covers research and administrative costs only.
