The Haluk Akakçe Foundation not only preserves the artist’s creative legacy but also develops educational initiatives aimed at inspiring younger generations.
The Foundation provides scholarship programs supporting young individuals with limited access to educational opportunities.
2025-2026 EARTHQUAKE REGION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
2025-2026, the Foundation launched a scholarship program for young people affected by the earthquake.
Needs assessments have been conducted in coordination with relevant public authorities, and personal data is not shared with the Foundation.
Scholarship payments are made directly from the Foundation’s official account in accordance with board decisions.
The program currently supports four students through monthly scholarships.

This program has been made possible through individual and corporate donations. All contributions are made to the Foundation and allocated within the scholarship program framework.
TRANSPARENCY & GOVERNANCE
All donations are received through the official Foundation bank account and recorded accordingly. Scholarship allocations are determined by the Foundation’s board.
The Foundation operates under principles of transparency and accountability.
